🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Riivara by Ritu

📦 Return Eligibility

At Riivara by Ritu, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and invoice intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized jewellery, earrings (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, and items purchased on sale or discount.


🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of delivery only in cases of size issues or damaged/defective products, and are subject to product availability.


🚚 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, Please login into your account and you will be get  return button for make any return, Also you can email us at riivarasupport@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for request, and product images (if applicable). Our team will review and guide you through the process.


💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes a quality check. Once approved, refunds will be completed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.


🚫 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. We will provide a replacement or full refund.


🚛 Return Shipping

Return shipping is free only for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
