Track Your Order

Want to know where your Riivara order is? Here’s how to track it:

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Step 2: Track via the Carrier

Click the tracking link in your email, or visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number to see the latest status of your delivery.

Step 3: Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder
• Allow up to 2–3 business days after placing your order for your shipment to be processed
• If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number and we’ll help you out

Estimated Delivery Times

• India: 4–7 business days
• International: 10–20 business days depending on destination
